"Great stay!"
We had a fantastic time spending the night in the July apartments. The room was clean and the hosts were very nice. Location is great - short drive into town with a grocery store right across the street. Great bang for your buck. Would stay here again for sure!Was this review helpful? Yes · No

Located in the middle of the island, making it convenient to Philipsburg, Simpson Bay, Dawn Beach and Marigot. Groceries right across the street. Wonderful management team with Joseph and Shango, who provided me with excellent care. I was treated like family. Spacious and clean room with ample off road parking. Extremely reasonable rate. Would definitely stay again.Managers- Joseph and Shango. Clean, spacious rooms.

"Nice property"
We stayed for one night, the property is in a good location and easy to find. The rooms were clean and overall the property pleasant, the staff were helpful and the view from reception is awesome!Clean rooms. Good water pressure.
The rooms need finishing touches, the fixtures look cheap. The bathroom towel racks are not adequate. Fridge in the room should not be unplugged on day of arrival. The airco positioned opposite the bed is not ideal. Stairs to the property (guests should be advised when making reservations about the flights of stairs to access the property).
